Load-bearing interior walls carry floor and roof loads and are built with the same care as exterior walls—correct foundations, reinforcement where needed, and ties to floors and roof. Non-load-bearing partitions divide space and can be lighter; we still build them for durability and good acoustic performance where required.

Materials & Acoustic Performance

Masonry and block partitions offer good mass and sound insulation. We choose thickness and finish to meet project specs and building regulations. Openings for doors and services are planned in advance and executed without weakening the structure.
