Rohbau typically includes: excavation and base preparation, foundation (strip or slab), basement walls if required, ground and upper floor slabs, load-bearing exterior and interior walls in masonry or reinforced concrete, and roof structure. Everything is built to approved plans and German building standards.
We use certified concrete, reinforcement, and masonry units. Foundations are designed for your soil conditions and load requirements. Structural elements are executed by experienced crews, with attention to thermal bridges, damp-proofing, and airtightness where specified.
